University of Washington School of Law, Mediation Clinic

This was great.  Mr. Mangin was enjoying and absolutely knowledgeable.  I became aware of thoughts and theories that are new to me.  I loved his humor.  The information can be used not only in mediation but in home, work, and personal life.  Loved it.

Oakland, California ADR Board

“Our members were very enthusiastic about your presentation, thought that they had learned a lot, were going to incorporate some of your ideas into their ADR practices, and wanted to have a longer session with you. “

King County Labor-Management Conference

The evaluations were fabulous, and I agree. Really interesting material-- and you are such an engaging presenter! Not many people could hold the attention of a room that size without visuals.

Eric Golten, J.D.  (Partner, Galton, Cunningham & Bourgeois, P.L.L.C.)

You remain one of the ten best presenters in my book.
